Amelia, the founder and owner of Pack Shack, is a highly trained culinary professional with a passion for healthy, nutritious food. She holds a certificate IV in both Cuisine and Patisserie, along with the Diploma of Hospitality from the world-renowned culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu, and has extensive training in dietary requirements.
Throughout her career, Amelia has achieved multiple awards and credits to her name, including being the only global recipient of the Exceptional Achievement Award in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management from Le Cordon Bleu. She has worked at some of the best restaurants and patisseries in Australia and the United Kingdom, including the three Michelin starred restaurant, The Fat Duck, under the guidance of Chef Heston Blumenthal.
